Subject to the above restrictions, our 365-night comfort guarantee is valid for one exchange per purchase, which must done within 365-nights of the delivery date of your original mattress. You may exchange your mattress once, with a $149 sanitation fee and re-delivery fee of $79. Exchanges done within 30-days of delivery will be subject to additional $99 fee. Exchanges will only be accepted on mattresses in good condition – no tears, stains, bed bugs, holes, odors (such as pet and smoke), or soiling of any kind.
